You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
• The item is unworn, unused, and undamaged
• All original tags and packaging are intact
• A receipt or proof of purchase is provided

To start your return or exchange process, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at sales@tinniehub.com or WhatsApp us at 0322-1020301.
Our support team will provide the return address and detailed return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
For exchanges, a flat return shipping fee of Rs. 200 applies.

- If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please reach out to us within 15 days of delivery.
Once your returned item is received and approved, we will dispatch the new one based on availability.
To ensure you get the desired size or style, you can also place a new order after your return is processed.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If you have not received your refund within 15 business days, please contact us for assistance.
Exclusions
We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been washed, used, or altered.
Final sale or clearance items are also not eligible for return or exchange.
